The complete apartment is air-conditioned and features a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with features like an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The apartment has an indoor seating area with sofas and cable TV, there is an indoor dining area as well a lounge sofa and TV area. The apartment features a large seafront garden with a dining table and relaxing seating area in the shade.
And one designated parking spot within the gated resort, belonging to the unit is located nearby the unit's entrance.
