Dispatched personnel
We offer semi-furnished apartments with a minimal rental period of 2 years for dispatched personnel who will be moving to the island for a number of years.
These apartment can be rented semi-furnished, meaning we will remove and store any of the standard furnishing so the renter can bring their own furniture for the duration of their stay.

This refined apartment has two full bedrooms and one small bedroom and is fully air conditioned.
The apartment has two comfortable bathrooms with warm water showers and a washer and dryer.
The living room opens up to the terrace from where you will be able to enjoy meals al fresco.
The modern apartment has an open concept kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with features like an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a coffee machine.
And one designated parking spot within the gated resort, belonging to the unit is located nearby the unit's entrance.
Monthly rental fee: 4500,- ANG

- Utility costs: Water and electricity charges based on
actual consumption and current rates
